The Hatton Hornets volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Clements Colts to 1 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hornets now have a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Brooks for a 4A Area 14 outing on Tuesday, September 16. Hatton will confront a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Tanner (Tanner, AL). The Lions record now stands at 8-14.

The Colts (6-11) will now prepare for their game against Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Red Devils go into the non-league game with a 15-12 record. In their last game, Lawrence County nudged Falkville (Falkville, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
