California High School Volleyball - Corning can't hold off Lassen

In Saturday's non-league bout, the Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA) volleyball team held off the visiting Corning Cardinals (Corning, CA), by a margin of 2-1.

The Grizzlies now possess a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Truckee for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 17. Lassen will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-5.
