The Forest City Indians topped the host Crestwood Cadets volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Indians now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host New Hampton for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. Forest City will play a Chickasaws team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over MFL MarMac (Monona, IA). The Chickasaws record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Crestwood drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Cadets host Waukon (Waukon, IA) to confront the Indians in a Northeast Iowa game on Tuesday, September 23. The Indians enter the game with a record of 4-4.
