California High School Volleyball - Sotomayor over Downtown Magnets

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Sotomayor Wolves volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Downtown Magnets Suns.
The Wolves (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Torres (Los Angeles, CA). The Toros come into the Southern challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Torres was beaten by Jefferson (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Suns face the Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers (Sun Valley, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 13. Downtown Magnets will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Pioneers go into the test with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Discovery (Sylmar, CA).
