In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Greene County Rams volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels.

The Rams (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center (Guthrie Center, IA). The enter the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center was tipped by Southwest Valley (Corning, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rebels face the South Hardin Tigers (Eldora, IA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 16. Gladbrook-Reinbeck will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 7-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA).
