Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Grant Generals (Portland, OR) and the visiting Sherwood Bowmen (Sherwood, OR), saw Grant's volleyball squad achieve victory over Sherwood by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Grant improves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Generals host McNary (Keizer, OR) to face the Celtics in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Celtics go into the test with a record of 3-5. McNary lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Ridgeview (Redmond, OR)

The Bowmen now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Century for a 6A Pacific test on Monday, September 15. Sherwood will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, OR). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-2.
