Kingsley-Pierson Panthers (Kingsley, IA) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Logan-Magnolia Panthers (Logan, IA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA). The Eagles come into the Western Valley challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Lawton-Bronson lost by West Monona (Onawa, IA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Riverside Bulldogs (Oakland, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Logan-Magnolia will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 14-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA).
