In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host West Plains Zizzers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Marshfield Bluejays.

The Zizzers (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO). The Mules enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Poplar Bluff was tipped by Valle Catholic (Ste. Genevieve, MO), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Bluejays now own a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Strafford for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. Marshfield will play a Indians team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over West Plains (West Plains, MO). The Indians record now stands at 6-1.
