In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Roseland University Prep Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the McKinleyville Panthers.

The Knights (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Orland (Orland, CA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 11-2 record. In their last test, Orland went down by West Valley (Cottonwood, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orland for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. McKinleyville will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 11-2.
