The Murray County Central Rebels volleyball squad (Slayton, MN), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Windom Eagles (Windom, MN)

The Eagles (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Jackson County Central (Jackson, MN). The Huskies enter the Big South - East challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Jackson County Central got by St. James (St. James, MN), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rebels meet the Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots (Hills, MN) in a Red Rock challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Murray County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Edgerton (Edgerton, MN).
