The Stockton Tigers volleyball team (Stockton, KS), was beaten 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Oakley Plainsmen (Oakley, KS)

The Plainsmen (16-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Russell (Russell, KS). The Broncos enter the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Russell was beaten by Trego (WaKeeney, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Lincoln Leopards (Lincoln, KS) in a Northern Plains test, on Tuesday, September 16. Stockton will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Leopards go into the test with a 2-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to St. John's/Tipton Catholic (Beloit, KS).
