Illinois High School Volleyball - Trico over Roxana

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Trico Pioneers volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Roxana Shells.

With the win, Trico improves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Red Bud (Red Bud, IL) to face the Musketeers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Musketeers go into the test with a record of 9-1. Red Bud won 2-0 in their recent league test against Chester (Chester, IL)

The Shells now own a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valmeyer for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Roxana will face a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Steeleville (Steeleville, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 0-6.
