Kansas High School Volleyball - Wheatland-Grinnell over St. Francis

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the St. Francis Indians.

The Thunderhawks (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Golden Plains (Rexford, KS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Golden Plains gained a win over Triplains/Brewster (Brewster, KS), 2-0, in a league test.

The Indians now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rawlins County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. St. Francis will play a Buffaloes team coming off a 2-0 league win over St. Francis (St. Francis, KS). The Buffaloes record now stands at 2-7.
