The Wolverines (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Williams (Williams, CA). The Yellowjackets come into the Mid-Valley battle with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, Williams achieved victory over Los Molinos (Los Molinos, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lynx clash with the Paradise Adventist Academy Cougars (Paradise, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 16. CORE Butte will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Maxwell (Maxwell, CA).
