In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Broughton Capitals soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Millbrook Wildcats.
The Capitals (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wakefield (Raleigh, NC). The Wolverines come into the non-league battle with a 7-1 record.
The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Huskies come into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Heritage was nudged by Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
