Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Redwings confront the Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs (Cicero, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 16. Benet Academy will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 4-0 league win over Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL).

The RedHawks now possess a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host Chicago Mt. Carmel for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 17.
