The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) and the visiting Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), saw St. John's's soccer squad knock off Bishop Ireton by a margin of 3-1.
The Cadets now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Gonzaga for a Washington Catholic (WCAC) test on Thursday, September 29.
With the loss, Bishop Ireton drops to 1-1 on the season. The Cardinals host Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA) to meet the Knights in a Washington Catholic (WCAC) test on Tuesday, September 20. The Knights come into the test with a record of 3-1. Bishop O'Connell lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD)
