The Walton-Verona Bearcats volleyball team (Walton, KY), went down 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY)

The Bluebirds (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Henry (Erlanger, KY). The Crusaders enter the non-league challenge with a 14-5 record. In their last challenge, St. Henry defeated Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bearcats encounter the Grant County Braves (Dry Ridge, KY) in a District 32 challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. Walton-Verona will attempt to move on its 5-13 season record.
