In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Morgan City Tigers (Morgan City, LA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Chiefs battle the Alexandria Trojans (Alexandria, LA) in a Division I District 1 contest, on Tuesday, September 20. Natchitoches Central will attempt to better on its 16-2 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Slaughter Community Charter (Slaughter, LA).

With the loss, Morgan City drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Bourgeois (Gray, LA) to battle the Braves in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 15. The Braves come into the contest with a record of 2-0.
