California High School Football - Silverado can't get by Hesperia

Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA) fans left the game satisfied Thursday as they observed their football team nudge the host Silverado Hawks (Victorville, CA), 16-13 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hesperia improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Scorpions host Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Mojave River test on Thursday, September 28. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 4-1. Oak Hills lost 23-21 in their recent non-league test against St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA)

With the loss, Silverado moves to 0-5 on the season. The Hawks travel to Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 3-1. Rancho Verde lost 21-16 in their recent non-league test against San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA)
