The New Rochelle Huguenots football squad scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Mount Vernon Knights to 20 in the Huguenots non-league victory on Thursday.

The Huguenots now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mamaroneck for a Section 1 AA - League B battle on Friday, September 22. New Rochelle will play a Tigers squad coming off a 35-21 league win over Ossining (Ossining, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Knights play the Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY) in a Section 1 AA - League A battle, on Friday, September 22. Mount Vernon will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.
