New York High School Football - New Utrecht topples Port Richmond

The New Utrecht Utes (Brooklyn, NY) football defeated the host Port Richmond Raiders (Staten Island, NY), 33-24 in Thursday's league bout.
In their next game, the Utes face the Kennedy Knights (Bronx, NY) in a PSAL AAAA bout, on Friday, September 22. New Utrecht will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 34-12 league win over Bayside (Bayside, NY).
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Tottenville (Staten Island, NY). The Pirates enter the PSAL AAAA bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Tottenville lost by Lincoln (Brooklyn, NY), 13-7, in a league bout.
