The River Dell Golden Hawks football team (Oradell, NJ), was ripped 34-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Westwood Cardinals (Washington Township, NJ)
The Cardinals (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ). The Thunderbirds come into the Super - American Red challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Mahwah was ripped by Ridgefield Park (Ridgefield Park, NJ), 42-7, in a league challenge.
The Golden Hawks now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to NV - Demarest for a Super - Patriot Blue challenge on Friday, September 22. River Dell will meet a Norsemen team coming off a 35-7 league loss to Paramus (Paramus, NJ). The Norsemen record now stands at 1-3.
