The Bowie Bulldogs (Bowie, MD) football defeated the visiting High Point Eagles (Beltsville, MD), 30-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 23. Bowie will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 46-0 non-league loss to Flowers (Springdale, MD).
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD). The Raiders enter the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Eleanor Roosevelt defeated Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD), 14-0, in a non-league bout.
