The Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) football edged the host Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV), 26-20 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Reno Huskies (Reno, NV) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 21. Damonte Ranch will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 36-0 non-league win over Wooster (Reno, NV).
The Grizzlies (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Douglas (Minden, NV). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Douglas was nudged by Reed (Sparks, NV), 28-7, in a non-league bout.
