North Carolina High School Football - West Carteret smashes East Carteret

The West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) football routed the host East Carteret Mariners (Beaufort, NC), 58-12 in Thursday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Patriots face the North Pitt Panthers (Bethel, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 21. West Carteret will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 36-0 non-league loss to Greene Central (Snow Hill, NC).
