With the triumph, St. Augustine improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 0-4. Mater Dei Catholic lost 23-0 in their recent non-league test against Point Loma (San Diego, CA)

With the loss, Newport Harbor drops to 0-1 on the campaign.
