The Ansonia Tigers topped the host Twin Valley South Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairlawn for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Ansonia will confront a Jets team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH). The Jets record now stands at 0-1.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Valley View (Germantown, OH). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record.
