The Blue Ridge Knights volleyball team (Farmer City, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Cumberland Pirates (Toledo, IL)

The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL). The Knights enter the challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond defeated Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the LeRoy Panthers (LeRoy, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 18. Blue Ridge will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record.
