The Liberty Christian Patriots held off the visiting Tri-Cities Prep Jaguars volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Patriots now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbia for a non-league test on Monday, September 18. Liberty Christian will confront a Coyotes team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna (Ritzville, WA). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-3.
The Jaguars (2-3) will now prepare for their test against College Place (College Place, WA). The Hawks enter the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, College Place was nudged by Zillah (Zillah, WA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
