In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Divine Child Falcons soccer squad scored a good 9-1 win over the Tecumseh Indians.
The Falcons (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI). The Fighting Irish go into the Catholic West battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Gabriel Richard was overwhelmed by St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
The Indians (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against St. Mary Catholic Central (Monroe, MI). The Falcons/Kestrels go into the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, St. Mary Catholic Central was overwhelmed by Milan (Milan, MI), 8-0, in a league battle.
