The Grayson County Cougars soccer team scored 7 points and limited the visiting Fort Knox Eagles to 1 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Cougars face the Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY) in a District 11 contest, on Saturday, September 16. Grayson County will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Green Waves enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Parker (Louisville, KY).
The Eagles now have a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Bullitt for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 16. Fort Knox will face a Eagles team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Bullitt Central (Shepherdsville, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
