The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) and the host Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM), saw Hobbs's soccer squad get by Sandia Prep by a margin of 3-2.
The Eagles now sport a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mayfield for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. Hobbs will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Deming (Deming, NM). The Trojans record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Sandia Prep drops to 2-3 on the season. The Sundevils travel to Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM) to meet the Storm in a non-league test on Friday, September 15.
