Oklahoma High School Softball - Caney Valley bounces Nowata

The Caney Valley Trojans routed the visiting Nowata Ironmen softball squad by a final score of 12-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Trojans (9-20) will now prepare for their battle against Sperry (Sperry, OK). The Pirates go into the non-league battle with a 15-14 record. In their last battle, Sperry notched a victory over Kansas (Kansas, OK), 5-4, in a league battle.
The Ironmen now possess a 3-15 record. They play next when they host Oklahoma Union for a non-league battle on Monday, September 18. Nowata will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Hominy (Hominy, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 6-20.
