With the triumph, Millard West moves its record to 12-5 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Gretna East (Gretna, NE) to clash with the Griffins in a non-league game on Friday, September 15. The Griffins come into the game with a record of 10-7. Gretna East won 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Omaha South (Omaha, NE)

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Grand Island Islanders (Grand Island, NE) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 15. Lincoln East will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record.
