The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Northeast Vikings (Pride, LA) and the host Capitol Lions (Baton Rouge, LA), saw Northeast's volleyball squad beat Capitol by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Northeast upgrades its record to 7-6 on the year. The Vikings host East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, September 18. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
The Lions now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Broadmoor for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19.
