Georgia High School Volleyball - Cedar Shoals Lumpkin County

The Cedar Shoals Jaguars volleyball team (Athens, GA), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA)

The Indians (11-15) will now prepare for their challenge against West Hall (Oakwood, GA). The Spartans enter the 3A Area 7 challenge with a 5-19 record. In their last challenge, West Hall was dropped by Lakeside (Evans, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a 4A Area 8 challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Cedar Shoals will attempt to move on its 0-20 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 14-15 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Norcross (Norcross, GA).
