With the win, Pine Ridge upgrades its record to 7-0 on the year. The Thorpes travel to Custer (Custer, SD) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Custer lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD)

The Braves now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Stanley County for a A Region 6 bout on Saturday, September 16. Cheyenne-Eagle Butte will play a Buffalos squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD). The Buffalos record now stands at 6-3.
