The Coolidge Colts volleyball team (Washington, DC), went down 2-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders (Washington, DC)

The Roughriders (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dunbar (Washington, DC). The Crimson Tide come into the DCIAA challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Dunbar defeated Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Colts encounter the School Without Walls Penguins (Washington, DC) in a DCIAA challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Coolidge will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Penguins come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC).
