The Waterloo Christian Regents held off the visiting Don Bosco Dons volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.
The Regents now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Butler for a non-league test on Saturday, September 16. Waterloo Christian will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-10.
The Dons (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Turkey Valley (Jackson Junction, IA). The Trojans enter the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Turkey Valley was nudged by Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN), 2-0, in a non-league test.
