The Las Plumas Thunderbirds held off the host Enterprise Hornets volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Thunderbirds now have a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gridley for a Butte View test on Tuesday, September 19. Las Plumas will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to University Prep (Redding, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-11.

The Hornets (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Durham (Durham, CA). The Trojans enter the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Durham was nudged by Willows (Willows, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
