The Whittier RVT Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Mystic Valley Regional Eagles to 1 in the Wildcats league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy of Notre Dame for a non-league game on Friday, September 15. Whittier RVT will confront a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lowell Catholic (Lowell, MA). The Lancers record now stands at 0-2.

The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their game against KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (Lynn, MA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate dropped by Greater Lowell Tech (Tyngsborough, MA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
