The Newcastle Racers topped the visiting Weatherford Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Racers now have a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blanchard for a non-league test on Monday, September 18. Newcastle will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, OK). The Lions record now stands at 7-8.
The Eagles (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Tecumseh (Tecumseh, OK). The Savages enter the non-league test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Tecumseh was knocked off by North Rock Creek (Shawnee, OK), 3-1, in a non-league test.
