In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Sturgeon Bay Clippers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Oconto Blue Devils.

The Clippers (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Brillion (Brillion, WI). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Brillion went down by Appleton West (Appleton, WI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Blue Devils encounter the Fox Valley Lutheran Foxes (Appleton, WI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 16. Oconto will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record. The Foxes come into the battle with a 17-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Little Chute (Little Chute, WI).
