The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the West Holt Huskies (Atkinson, NE) and the visiting Ord Chanticleers (Ord, NE), saw West Holt's volleyball squad beat Ord by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, West Holt upgrades its record to 10-1 on the year. The Huskies travel to Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 9-0. Grand Island Central Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Wood River (Wood River, NE)

The Chanticleers now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Amherst for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. Ord will play a Broncos squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sumner-Eddyville-Miller (Sumner, NE). The Broncos record now stands at 10-0.
