In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Wayne County Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Rockcastle County Rockets.
The Cardinals (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against McCreary Central (Stearns, KY). The Raiders come into the District 48 battle with a 3-12 record.
