The crowd at Saturday's league contest between the Clarke Rams (Westbury, NY) and the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Bellmore, NY), witnessed Clarke's football squad edge Kennedy by a tally of 20-16.

The Rams (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hewlett (Hewlett, NY). The Bulldogs enter the Section 8 Conference III contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Hewlett was nudged by Elmont Memorial (Elmont, NY), 20-6, in a league contest.
