The Lemont Lemont HS football squad scored 44 points and limited the visiting Antioch Sequoits to 40 in the Lemont HS non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lemont HS now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Laurence for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Lemont will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 42-0 non-league win over Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Antioch drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Sequoits travel to North Chicago (North Chicago, IL) to meet the Warhawks in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Warhawks come into the test with a record of 1-0. North Chicago won 56-0 in their recent non-league test against Wheeling (Wheeling, IL)
