Ohio High School Soccer - Mentor knocks off Chardon

Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH) and the visiting Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH), saw Mentor's soccer squad knock off Chardon by a count of 3-0.
The Cardinals (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Medina (Medina, OH). The Battling Bees enter the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Medina tipped Upper Arlington (Columbus, OH), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Hilltoppers battle the North Rangers (Eastlake, OH) in a Western Reserve battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Chardon will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Rangers enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Orange (Pepper Pike, OH).
