Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the East Mountain Timberwolves (Sandia Park, NM) and the host West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM), saw East Mountain's soccer squad triumph over West Mesa by a count of 10-0.

The Timberwolves (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM). The Dons enter the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, West Las Vegas was overwhelmed by Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM), 11-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 17. West Mesa will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 6-2 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Manzano (Albuquerque, NM).
